Shortcrust pastry
200 g plain flour
100 g unsalted butter, cut into small cubes
3-4 tbsp cold water

Creme patisserie
300 ml semi-skimmed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 egg yolks (free range)
2 tbsp plain flour
100g caster sugar

Tartlets
Mixed fruits of your choice (strawberries, blueberries, grapes, etc.)
